There are several ways of learning how to sail.  You can buy a boat and fall in a lot – or, you can go on a sailing course which gives you a sailing qualification recognised worldwide

Sailing Training makes a super, unusual birthday or Christmas present for him, or her, or kids!

RYA LEVEL 1 - START SAILING

2 day weekend course

A course for complete beginners
Learn how to sail in all directions and awareness of launching and recovery

LEVEL 2 POWERBOAT HANDLING

2 Days

Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence

YOUTH STAGE 1 TO 3

2 day weekend course

The Youth Sailing scheme is completed in small dinghies suitable for the size of the sailor
Our expert instructors offer a safe environment for children to have fun, learn and challenge themselves.

Build your confidence and gain the skills needed to sail and compete in club racing

The cost of the course includes membership of the club for the balance
of the year enabling you to continue sailing and hire the club boats.

We have club boats available to hire after your initial training including 2 x Laser Stratos 4 x Wanderers,
3 Lasers, 4 x Toppers, and 4 Picos and 2 Optimists
